The Kramer HDMI over Twisted Pair Receiver is used to receive HDMI signals sent over a twisted pair cable. Supporting a maximum data rate of up to 1.65Gbps, the receiver supports HDMI v1.4 with 3D, Deep Color, x.v.Color, HDMI uncompressed audio channels, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD, and 3D Pass-through. The black WP-571 Active 1-Gang Wall Plate HDMI over Twisted Pair Transmitter from Kramer is a DGKat twisted pair transmitter for HDMI signals. The WP-571 converts an HDMI signal to a twisted pair signal and transmits it to a WP-572 (not included), which converts the twisted pair signal back to an HDMI signal. The transmitter supports a maximum data rate of up to 4.95 Gb/s. DGKat twisted technology converts TMDS as well as control and communication to signals that run over twisted pair cables. EDID PassThru passes EDID signals between the source and display.
