The Tascam CD-6010 Professional CD Player delivers a wealth of professional features in a rugged rackmountable design, aimed at professional broadcast studios, recording studios and sound reinforcement applications. The CD-6010 features a reliable front-loading tray which supports audio, WAV and MP3 (192kb) CD formats. Programmable flash start capability allows for instantaneous playback of up to 20 tracks.
There are balanced XLR stereo and mono outputs, S/PDIF digital connections, and AES/EBU digital output as well. The 19″ rackmountable chassis features a large, bright LCD display that provides directory search for MP3 CDs, track elapsed, track remain, total remain and plenty of additional information. The CD-6010 includes a wireless remote control and the receiver sensor may be disabled in order to avoid inadvertent settings.
