RCF ME 3801 Wall-mount Emergency Microphone

The ME 3801 is a dedicated wall-mount emergency microphone tailored for integration with the DXT 3000 Voice Alarm system. Designed to deliver live emergency announcements, it features full system self-diagnostic capabilities and real-time status reporting in compliance with the EN 54-16:2008 standard. The unit comes equipped with a dynamic omnidirectional microphone housed in a robust metal enclosure, and includes a PTT (push-to-talk) handheld microphone for reliable voice transmission in critical situations. ME 3801 supports general call functionality and is preamplified for clear audio delivery. Up to four ME 3801 units can be connected in a daisy-chain configuration; the first microphone is powered by the master unit, while the others require local 24 V DC power adapters. The unit also includes RJ45 connectivity with fire-rated cabling and visual indicators via LEDs.
