The dB Technologies Fifty Sub is the powerhouse companion to the Fifty Line Top, purpose-built to deliver deep, punchy low-end in scalable PA system setups. Engineered for seamless integration with the Fifty Top modules, this active subwoofer features a robust 18” woofer with a 4” voice coil housed in a precision-crafted plywood cabinet. The design ensures superior mechanical durability and outstanding acoustic performance, even in high-demand touring applications.

With 1600W RMS of Class-D power and a peak output of 3200W, the Fifty Sub provides more than enough headroom to handle large-scale events. Its onboard 32-bit DSP controller with high-resolution 24bit/96kHz AD/DA conversion offers optimized crossover settings and ensures crystal-clear, phase-aligned performance when paired with Fifty Tops.

The Fifty Sub features a passive convection cooling system for silent operation and is equipped with the same amp module and DSP engine as the Fifty Tops, maintaining consistent sound character across the entire system. For easy integration into professional setups, it includes XLR inputs and outputs, a USB service port, PowerCon TRUE1 mains and link sockets, and LED indicators for signal, limiter, and protection status.

Thanks to dB Technologies’ Aurora Net control software, the Fifty Sub can be monitored and tuned remotely, with full access to EQ, delay, and preset management for streamlined system optimization.

Perfect for ground-stacked configurations, it is recommended to use one or two Fifty Tops on two Fifty Subs for ideal performance. The sub’s rugged metal grille, flyable design with accessories, and dual side handles ensure durability, portability, and flexible deployment.
