The VIO X12 is a premium active loudspeaker from dBTechnologies’ VIO X series, designed for superior sound reinforcement applications. Equipped with a 12” neodymium LF driver and a 1.4” HF driver, the VIO X12 offers precise 60° x 40° dispersion via its rotatable horn, making it adaptable for different venue layouts. It serves as a powerful standalone PA, a stage monitor, or a complementary component in larger VIO setups with VIO S118 and VIO 118R subwoofers.
Powered by a 900W RMS Class-D Digipro® G3 amplifier, the VIO X12 achieves a maximum SPL of 132dB, ensuring high-output performance with minimal distortion. Advanced DSP processing, including FIR linear phase filters, guarantees outstanding intelligibility and clarity across all listening positions. Built-in presets allow users to optimize high-pass filters and EQ settings for various applications, including Wedge and Full-range modes.
The speaker integrates seamlessly with RDNet for real-time remote monitoring and control via Aurora Net software. Its rugged wooden cabinet, coated with a Polyurea finish, features multiple mounting options, including a 36mm pole mount, rigging points for flying, and a 50° wedge angle for stage monitoring.
