With 12 minutes of stereo recording time, the RC-1 Loop Station Pedal from BOSS is small enough to fit on a pedalboard, even when used with an optional external footswitch such as the FS-5U, FS-6 or FS-7 (sold separately), which can be used as an additional control to easily undo/redo phrases or stop recording/overdubbing/playback.
The RC-1 is equipped with dual in/out jacks for use with stereo effects, stereo amps, or dual-amp setups, as well as to connect stereo instruments such as keyboards. Using a single footswitch and knob, the RC-1 is straightforward and easy to operate for the player that is just getting into looping. It can be used to create a basic backing track for practice or to jam along with or to layer complex phrases for luscious arrangements. Whether you’re a beginner or a touring professional, the RC-1 is an ideal tool for any guitarist, bassist or keyboardist.
