The Tannoy Arden – Floor Standing Speaker – Pair are premium Heritage Floor-Standing 15″ Dual Concentric Hi-Fi Loudspeakers that pay homage to the legendary High-Performance Dual Concentric (HPD) design first popularised by Tannoy in the 1970s. Built for large listening rooms, the Arden combines a highly efficient 15″ Dual Concentric driver — where the woofer and tweeter are coaxially mounted — with a meticulously engineered crossover network to deliver exceptionally cohesive imaging, wide dispersion, and a deeply natural soundstage.

The substantial high-density cabinet is heavily braced using Differential Materials Technology (DMT) to minimise panel resonances and optimise bass control, while the triple distributed port design enhances low-frequency extension and transient response. A front-mounted 2-band control panel allows fine-tuning of energy and high-frequency characteristics to suit room acoustics and personal taste, helping the speakers adapt to different setups and preferences.

Premium hardware such as 24 ct gold-plated WBT-style binding posts — including an extra grounding terminal — ensures superior signal transfer and reduced interference, while the included 8 mm floor coupling spikes provide stability and vibration damping. With a frequency response spanning approximately 35 Hz–30 kHz ± 6 dB, 93 dB sensitivity, and an 8 Ω nominal impedance, the Arden is compatible with a wide range of amplifiers and capable of handling high power for dynamic, lifelike audio reproduction.
