The RT-MicS Hybrid Drum Module from Roland is a compact module that attaches to your acoustic drum kit, with no extra gear, and transforms your snare and tom into versatile digital pads. It features eight preloaded sounds from hand-claps to snare variations and can be used to capture, process, and even mix the acoustic snare/tom sound and digital sound for a signature tone.
For ambitious drummers, that’s just the start; you can import sampled sounds from a computer via USB, and mix the sampled sound (percussion, sound effects, or any other sound up to 10 seconds in length) with the acoustic instrument. The versatile and easy to use RT-MicS is a natural way to explore the exciting possibilities of hybrid drums.
