The HL 2240 is a professional horn-loaded two-way bi-amped array loudspeaker system, designed for powerful, accurate sound delivery in both mid-range and long-throw scenarios. It features dual 12″ high-power woofers with 3.5″ voice coils and a neodymium 4.0″ voice coil compression driver. With a frequency range of 60 Hz to 20,000 Hz and a maximum SPL of 141 dB, the HL 2240 delivers crystal-clear performance in a compact form. The 40° x 22.5° constant directivity horn allows for precise coverage in point-source setups or clustered configurations for long-distance projection. Built with a robust Baltic birch marine-grade plywood cabinet and internal metal bracings, the enclosure is coated in durable textured polyurea black paint. The grille, made of epoxy-coated perforated steel, includes open-cell fibers and water-repellent fabric backing. With IP55-rated protection and Amphenol IP67 connectors, HL 2240 is perfectly suited for outdoor environments and demanding professional applications.
