Each of the Electro-Voice EVID C8.2 (White)is an 8″ coaxial flush-mount installation speaker designed to work within a multi-unit system in a wide variety of ceiling construction types. The high output and high-quality, extended frequency reproduction of this speaker are effectively combined for use as a background music and paging solution for offices, waiting rooms and other similar spaces.

The EVID C8.2 is equipped with a line-matching transformer for 70V/100V operation, and a transformer tap selector switch that includes 8 Ohm bypass operation, conveniently located on the front of the speaker. The enclosure is both ported and tuned, optimizing bass response, and the system is supplied with two speakers and a well-designed 3-point mounting system for simplified installation.
