dBTechnologies KL15 12″ 800W 2-Way Bluetooth Active Speaker

KL 15 is the most powerful model in dBTechnologies’ KL Series—renowned for blending user-friendly operation with professional-grade sound. Outfitted with a robust 15” woofer and a 1” compression driver (1.35” voice coil), this 2-way active speaker achieves a thunderous 128 dB Max SPL, covering a frequency range of 48 Hz to 18,000 Hz.

An 800W Class D/AB amplifier powers the system, managed by a 20/56-bit DSP engine. Utilizing linear phase FIR filters, KL 15 ensures a coherent and transparent audio response at any position in the venue. Whether you’re performing live, DJing, or setting up a PA system, its sound remains defined and impactful. For extra flexibility, the speaker includes four DSP presets—Playback, Flat, Bass Boost, and Wedge—so you can tailor its output to suit different environments.

The rear panel includes a 3-channel input section:

• CH1: Combo XLR/6.3mm jack input with mic/line selector

• CH2: Balanced XLR/TRS input

• CH3: Bluetooth® input for wireless playback

An XLR-M output allows signal chaining to other speakers or mixers, with a LINK/MIX switch to choose between pre- or post-level control signal routing.

Designed with convenience in mind, the polypropylene cabinet is both rugged and portable, featuring a full metal grille and three ergonomic handles. Its design supports use as a wedge monitor (with a 45° angle) or mounted on a 36 mm pole with selectable tilt angles of 0° and 7.5°—ideal for stacking on subs or placing on speaker stands. A padded soft cover with a cable pocket is included for transport and protection.
