dBTechnologies KL 10 – Active Speakers

The KL 10 is part of dBTechnologies’ KL Series—an active 2-way speaker line built for exceptional versatility and sound clarity. Engineered with a 10” woofer and a 1” compression driver, the KL 10 delivers up to 125 dB SPL with a balanced, professional-grade frequency response of 55 Hz to 18,000 Hz.

At its core is a 400-watt amplifier combining Class D (LF) and Class AB (HF) technologies, powered by a 20/56-bit DSP featuring linear phase FIR filters. This ensures pristine sound reproduction across a wide listening field. Users can easily enhance the system’s tonal range using one of four selectable DSP presets: Playback, Flat, Bass Boost, and Wedge.

The KL 10 stands out with its integrated 3-channel mixer:

• Channel 1 accepts mic or line inputs via XLR/6.3mm combo jack

• Channel 2 provides a balanced XLR and TRS input

• Channel 3 enables wireless Bluetooth® audio streaming

A rear panel output via XLR-M offers two modes—LINK (pre-level control) and MIX (post-level control)—allowing flexible signal routing to other speakers or mixers.

Its polypropylene enclosure combines durability with modern aesthetics, complete with a full front grille and three ergonomic handles (two side, one top) for easy transport. The cabinet design also supports multifunctional use: it can act as a floor wedge with a 40° tilt or mount on a standard 36mm pole using 0° or 7.5° tilt options.

Each KL 10 unit includes a soft protective cover with a dedicated pocket for cable storage—ideal for mobile performers, DJs, presenters, and compact PA setups.
