The device supports both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 connections, providing flexible options for various setups. The RME MADIface USB is a compact and versatile 128-channel USB 2.0 audio interface designed for mobile and desktop MADI applications. It offers two MADI I/O ports (optical and coaxial), supporting up to 64 channels of recording and playback. When both MADI I/Os are used simultaneously, it provides full 128-channel input and output access, all mixed and routed via RME's TotalMix software.
