At the core of the FP 7000’s performance is a breakthrough advance in LAB GRUPPEN’s patented Class TD® output stage, an amplifier topology that approaches the exceptional efficiency of Class D while retaining the sonic purity of proven Class B designs. Further contributing to the remarkable efficiency of the FP 7000 is a Regulated Switch Mode Power Supply (R.SMPS™), which gives the added benefit of stabilizing rail voltages to the output even with wide fluctuations of mains voltage. A highly refined and updated circuit layout optimizes the interaction of R.SMPS and Class TD to produce the excellent power density of the FP 7000.

• Place on the floor it has a minimal stage footprint and can be placed on its side feet for tonal variation or mounted on a speaker stand for maximum projection
• 2 independent channels take XLR or Jack inputs, 3-band EQ, ‘Shape’ control for optimization; connection of a mic and instrument or two acoustic instruments, and AUX input for backing tracks
• Levels can be adjusted by holding down the Chorus switch and turning the Reverb control pot; the chorus level is stored and will even be recalled at the next switch on
• Anti-Feedback button can automatically scan for and eliminate unwanted feedback. Phase switch to remove destructive interference when a player is too close to the amplifier

Laney Amplification began in 1967 when Lyndon Laney, whilst playing in a local band, 'The Band of Joy' with John Bonham on drums and Robert Plant on vocals, turned his musical interest into amplifier construction. Initially working in his father’s garage. Lyndon Laney sought to design and build amplifiers with key 'tonal' characteristics that were unheard of at the time. Formed in 1967 by Lyndon Laney, Laney Amplification is a West Midlands based guitar and musical instrument amplifier manufacturer who were closely involved with Tony Iommi of Black Sabbath in the birth of the ‘Heavy Metal’ music genre. Since 1967, Laney Amplification has gone on from strength to strength and is now a multinational company that continues to design ‘tone’ solutions to enable musicians of all playing

The Cub10 is driven by a pair of 6V6GT power tubes which deliver 10 watts of classic tube tone. Its 10" speaker is custom-designed exclusively by HH. The Cub 10 houses a 10″ HH driver. HH have custom-designed the driver exclusively for Laney giving the perfect loudspeaker pairing to the amplifier.

Designed to make tube amps accessible to every player, the Cub10 is a Class A/B design and produces 10 watts RMS of power from a pre amp loaded with 2 ECC83’s and a pair of 6V6GT power tubes.
