Amplifier Switchers

The Crown NCT16S-U-EU is a 16-channel amplifier switcher designed for public address systems. It features 16 primary amplifier inputs, 16 backup amplifier inputs, and 16 outputs, allowing for automatic switching between primary and backup amplifiers in case of a failure. This ensures continuous operation and system reliability. The unit supports backup ratios ranging from 16:1 to 1:1, depending on the control system used. Additionally, it includes 16 control inputs and 5 control outputs, providing flexibility for integration with external control devices such as fire alarm contacts. The NCT16S-U-EU is equipped with an Ethernet connector for configuration and control, and it operates on a universal power supply (100–240 VAC). Its dimensions are 19" x 10" x 3.5" (482 mm x 256 mm x 88 mm), and it weighs approximately 4.5 kg.
