DL444 is a modular 8 channel analogue mic/line input and line level output card for MIDAS PRO Series control centres and modular I/O boxes, and features award-winning MIDAS microphone preamplifiers with switchable +48 V phantom power and servo-balanced electronic outputs with high current drive capability for long cable runs. Premium low latency 24 bit 96 kHz ADC and DAC converters are used to minimise distortion and noise artefacts, and DL444 features balanced inputs and outputs on 25 way D-type connectors, ideal for fixed installations where the input and output channel counts can be maximised. It also features an automatic output mute facility if the audio signal path is muted via the PRO Series control centre.

Additionally, it provides an Ultranet input, that can be used to forward Signals from an AIR mixer via StageConnect. The StageConnect interface can be connected to other StageConnect devices using a single XLR cable for multi-channel audio transmission. There are various I/O options available providing easily scalable connectivity in your side rack. The devices of the DN48XX Series can be daisy-chained and will negotiate the channels for their respective connectivity automatically.

PRO FADER (550 mm) features a high precision 100 mm travel track with a 10 kΩ linear law, ideally suited to servo control applications. The integrated touch sensing track and conductive T-Bar allow both the implementation of automatic channel selection in software, as well as detection of when the fader is being held so that the motor is not driven. PRO FADER (550 mm) is designed to be mounted to console fascia panels via its two M3 threaded pillars which are on 120 mm mounting centres. A 550 mm long cable is provided which includes connections for the 10 kΩ resistive track, the touch sensing track and the motor.

PRO LCD SWITCH enables dynamic and context-sensitive user interfaces, providing clear visual feedback of assigned functions and user-created labelling of mixing console channel, bus and group selections. The high contrast FSTN LCD glass with 36 x 24 pixel resolution allows immediate at-a-glance indication over a very wide viewing angle, and the tactile response of the momentary switch action provides confidence that the switch has been pressed, essential when the mix engineer's eyes are on the stage, not the console.
