The compact and stylish Genelec 4020C active loudspeaker shares the same superior design with the Genelec 8000 Series monitors. Its controlled directivity allows the system to be easily installed in many types of acoustic environments, providing outstanding sound coverage.As an active loudspeaker, it contains drivers, power amplifiers, active crossover filters and protection circuitry. The 4020C is designed for indoor use only and features Genelec Intelligent Signal Sensing (ISS™) circuitry which switches the loudspeaker to standby when no audio input is detected (ErP 2013 Directive).Designer Tools and CAD Simulation Every building design and specification process is today done in conjunction with CAD/BIM software. The advantage of BIM software is that it enables evaluation and specification as early in the process as possible. BIM objects assist the designer/engineers in their work in a way that they become an integrated part of the BIM model (product model). Today CAD symbols are replaced by BIM objects. BIM objects still carry 2D and 3D presentations like a CAD symbol would, but they also carry so much more. BIM object products are visible in every drawing, visualisation and even bill of materials can be extracted from the BIM systems using ArchiCAD or Revit software.

The Genelec 4430 is a flexible installation loudspeaker that works with just a single network cable thanks to Smart IP. Genelec Smart IP enables power supply via PoE / PoE +, control and audio-over-IP with AES67 and DANTE via a standard CAT cable. From the measurement to the division into different listening zones, the Smart IP Manager offers easy control of all parameters. External AV control systems can also be used via an API interface.The loudspeaker fits perfectly into any room, as it is available in 120 RAL colors. A wide range of brackets facilitates flexible installation. Of course, the 4430 offers the best speech intelligibility and music reproduction at studio level with a wide range. Even a few speakers cover such a large room acoustically optimally.
